I recently made an order of some storage boxes for my trading card collection from BCW supplies. Since this order was for supplies and not actually trading cards I am not mentioning this specifically on my trading card blog. Shortly after my order was verified I got a message saying that the alternate address being shipped to wasn't available. Somewhere my "My UPS" account lists the UPS Store around the corner from me as an alternate ship to address. I think that was part of the issue. Anyway the package starts moving and a few days later I get an email stating that my package will arrive that next day (Wednesday). Well the package doesn't show up and checking tracking says the package is delayed (because it is attempting to go to an alternate address I guess). It stops at a processing center near to my area. The next day or two I keep checking the tracking and the package is still "delayed" and holding at that processing center. A few days later frustrated that it is now almost a week after the original delivery date was supposed to be, I notice again the option to "change delivery address". So I make the changes to make sure that my apartment is now the new destination. Then the next day I get an email saying the package had been loaded on the truck and was marked "Out For Delivery" the next day. Sure enough the package moves and I received the package a week after the original delivery date.
